The Yarrow Family YMCA App offers a comprehensive and efficient way to enhance your fitness experience both indoors and outdoors.
Featuring a sleek redesign, the app is divided into three distinct areas:
- FACILITY: Easily explore and access the multitude of services provided by your facility, allowing you to focus on what interests you most.
- MY MOVEMENT: Your personalized hub that encompasses your chosen programs, classes, challenges, and other activities within the facility. Stay organized and keep track of your fitness journey.
- RESULTS: Monitor, review, and analyze your progress and achievements.
By utilizing the Yarrow Family YMCA App during your sessions, you can collect MOVEs – an additional incentive to lead a more active lifestyle every day. With seamless integration to Technogym equipped facilities via Bluetooth, NFC, or QR Code, the app automatically syncs with the equipment and personalizes your workout program. Your results are effortlessly tracked on your mywellness account.
For manual logging or synchronization with other apps such as Google Fit, S-Health, Fitbit, Garmin, MapMyFitness, MyFitnessPal, Polar, RunKeeper, Strava, Swimtag, and Nokia Health; simply log your MOVEs directly through the app or allow for automatic synchronization.
